1. Check your shipping confirmation email

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Click it any time to see where your package is.

2. Can't find the email?

Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from our store. Still nothing? We'll resend it right away.

3. Contact us

Email velorastudio123@gmail.com with your order number (it's in your order confirmation email) and we'll send you the latest tracking status.
